What are steam turbines?

A steam turbine assists in transferring steam to many electrical generation facilities in the cogeneration, biomass, waste-to-energy, and renewable energy sectors.

After a steam turbine extracts thermal energy from pressurized steam, it uses that energy to perform mechanical work on a rotating output shaft. The potential energy of the steam is thus turned into kinetic energy in the rotating turbine’s blades. A turbine’s blades are designed to control the steam’s speed, direction, and pressure as it passes through the turbine.

These turbines allow power plants to generate electricity and utilize the gas and steam produced in the process to generate additional power. Hydraulic and thermodynamic parameters determine their efficiency. From producing electricity for cities to powering industrial machinery, these turbines play a vital role in keeping industries and infrastructures running smoothly.

Our team develops the highest-quality steam turbines suitable for industrial use. The equipment we use also provides more efficient operation at a fraction of the cost.

OUR CAPABILITIES

ELIMINATE WASTE WITH STEAM TURBINES
